Organize your camera roll.
A cluttered camera roll can make it hard to find what you need, and it adds to mental clutter too.
This week, take 30 minutes to tidy up your photos:
Delete duplicates, screenshots, or random photos you don’t need
Create albums for big events, favorite memories, or reference pics
Pick a few recent favorites to print or add to a digital frame
Backup your photos to the cloud or an external drive
Something to do today:
Set a simple intention for how you want to feel at the end of this week — rested, caught up, present, whatever it is — and let that guide your decisions when things come up.

Text a friend and make a plan. Invite them to go on a walk this week. Do you find yourself telling people you need to get together and never do?! Not this week!
Chicken Salad
Page 77 in The Simplified Cookbook
Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp chicken base
4 cups shredded (or chopped) chicken
1/2 cup diced celery
Croissants & lettuce, for serving
Directions:
Whisk mayonnaise, lemon juice, and chicken base together in a bowl.
Add chicken and celery and mix. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. You can also refrigerate overnight and serve the next day.
Light, simple, and exactly the kind of thing that hits the spot on hot summer days!
