Slowing down to show gratitude strengthens connections and ends the year with warmth and intention.

Each night this week, take 10 minutes to clear a bit of mental or physical clutter. Tidy one small space—your nightstand, kitchen counter, or inbox—or write down lingering thoughts before bed to get them out of your head.
