Establish a boundary that will help protect your peace this season. Think about where you often feel stretched too thin—maybe it’s overcommitting, checking work emails at night, or saying yes when you mean no. Decide what boundary would bring more calm and balance, and write down how you’ll hold it with kindness and consistency.
