The Default Dinner

Decisions drain energy, especially at the end of a long day. Choose one meal you always keep ingredients on hand for—grilled cheese + tomato soup, tacos, or even breakfast-for-dinner. When life feels full, you’ll have a no-brainer, comforting option that saves time and headspace.

Something to do today:

Pick one “hidden spot” to reset. That could be your junk drawer, under the kitchen sink, a basket of mismatched socks, or the corner of the garage you always avoid. Spend 20–30 minutes decluttering, wiping it down, and reorganizing.

Something to do this week:

Follow up on two unread emails you’ve been avoiding. Reply or take one small next step on each—even a short “Got it, I’ll circle back soon” counts. Clearing them will instantly lighten your mental load.
