Instead of setting aside an overwhelming chunk of time to tidy, reset your space to the length of two songs. Pick your favorite playlist, hit play, and spend exactly those 6–8 minutes putting away clutter, wiping a counter, or folding laundry.
It’s short enough to not feel like a chore, but long enough to completely change the feel of a room!
