Choose a Single Priority for Each Day

When life feels busy, especially in late August with back-to-school tasks, shifting schedules, and lingering summer plans, your to-do list can easily turn into a source of stress. Instead of aiming to “do it all,” decide on your one most important task for the day.

  1. Ask yourself: If I only get one thing done today, what will matter most?

  2. Write it at the top of your planner or on a sticky note so it’s clear and visible.
