Busy mornings don’t need to be stressful. A little prep now can save time all week long.

This week, take 15 minutes to:

  1. Clear a shelf or bin in your pantry or fridge

  2. Stock it with grab-and-go snacks or lunch items: fruit, crackers, granola bars, string cheese, etc.

  3. Add small containers or bags so packing is easy

  4. Refill it every Sunday as part of your weekly reset
