Simplify Your Bag or Purse

What you carry every day affects how you feel. A heavy, cluttered bag can weigh you down mentally as well as physically.

This week, take 10 minutes to:

  1. Empty everything out onto a table

  2. Toss old receipts, expired coupons, and random papers

  3. Remove duplicates (do you really need three pens?)

  4. Create a mini “essentials” kit: lip balm, hand sanitizer, meds, etc.

  5. Only put back what you actually use

A lighter bag = a lighter mind.
