Pause Purchasing
Sometimes the best way to simplify is to stop adding. This week, try a buying pause.
For the next 7 days, press pause on buying anything non-essential:
No new containers
No trendy snacks (we know, we know, we *love* them too!)
No cute impulse buys
No throw pillows or seasonal decor
No skincare or makeup you haven’t run out of
Instead, take note of what you thought you needed. At the end of the week, revisit your list—chances are, you won’t miss most of it. This small reset clears mental and physical space, and helps you reconnect with what truly adds value.
