Edit Your Phone Home Screen
Your phone is the first and last thing you see most days. A cluttered screen can feel like a to-do list that never ends.
This week, take 15 minutes to:
Delete any unused or rarely used apps
Move distracting apps (social media, games, etc.) off the first screen
Group the rest into clear folders: “Daily”, “Work”, “Kids”, “Wellness”, etc.
Set a calming wallpaper and update your lock screen photo
Turn off non-essential notifications
