November feels like a natural time to slow down and take stock. The pace shifts, the air cools, and our routines start to bend toward cozy gatherings and good food. It’s easy to let the month slip by in a blur of busyness, but it’s also the perfect moment to practice noticing what’s already good—to name the small, ordinary things that make life feel full.
